O Tech Energys LLC provides service-based solutions. Because many services require planning, consultation, time allocation, and professional work, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

• The service has not yet started.
• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• The requested service cannot be provided by O Tech Energys LLC.
• A billing error is confirmed after review.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds may not be available once work has started, consultation time has been used, reports or service recommendations have been delivered, or third-party costs have been incurred.

Custom service work, completed assessments, administrative processing, and already delivered project materials are generally non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If the work has not started, we may cancel the service and review refund eligibility.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if part of the service has already been completed or if costs have already been incurred.

7. Disputed Payments

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the issue properly. Filing a dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.
